Presidential Address - Applauded 40 Times

Who cares? I am boggling at the thought that someone was actually paid to sit and count how many times the President was interrupted with applause during his speech. Are you kidding me?

It must be the night for surprises here. Hell, maybe I'll win the lottery tonight.

Yeah, yeah, I know. A snowball stands a better chance of surviving in hell, than I have of winning the lottery.

Don't we have bigger issues than this? Isn't there a murderer running loose? An actor getting into trouble? A missing child who needs to be found and could use the publicity?

Instead, the network news thinks they need to take up my time to tell me that Obama was interrupted 40 times for applause. Get a grip!
